By opting in, You expressly consent to receive text messages sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology, as permitted by law. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

Message frequency may vary depending on Your interaction with the Service.

Message and data rates may apply based on Your mobile carrier and plan. LiveCare, Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, You may receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless You re-opt in.

The Company respects Your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are used solely for communication purposes related to the Service and are handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. LiveCare, Inc. does not sell or share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property:
The Service and its original content, excluding content provided by You or other users, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The Company’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

Your Feedback to Us:
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
